NAT: Therapy has been the best thing I have ever done. When I started I felt as if I didn’t know who I really was and lived in a constant state of anxiety and rumination. Since working with Kerry for six months I am now confident and much happier. I know how to manage my anxiety and I have strategies for when life gets hard. I understand what I value in life and make choices which enhance what I value – no longer will I repeat mistakes over and over again and engage in destructive behaviours.
